nCOA - Non-Collaborative Object Analytics

The main goal of “Non-Collaborative Object Analytics” (nCOA) is to establish foundations and develop techniques for tracking dynamics and extracting analytics of non-collaborative target objects in complex wireless environments. Based on theoretical foundations, algorithms for tracking dynamics and extracting analytics will be developed and verified with off-the-shelf hardware in wireless environments. The outcomes of nCOA will enable covert and semi-covert operations, providing situational awareness and information superiority in GPS-challenged environments
