Her latest research sheds light on employers' demand for skills in the division by the levels of education and illustrates causal effects on demand for labour among Italian municipalities. And the research dataset contains observations of 13 variables for 62055 online job postings, 8 variables for 7904 municipalities, and 11 variables for 443655 Italian companies. Before her admission to the University of Ferrara, she had been working for 12 years at MegaCom, which is a national mobile operator of the Kyrgyz Republic. She managed a 200-person team and was awarded as the best employee several times for her considerable contribution to the sales growth and expansion of the network of representative offices.
