COLOURS | COLOURS Alliance Engages Visitors at Unife Orienta
Visitors are playing quizzes at the stand of COLOURS and CLA (Centro Linguistico di Ateneo)
The COLOURS Alliance made a significant impact at one of the University of Ferrara's largest events, attracting over 5,000 visitors. During the three-day event, the COLOURS stand welcomed at least 150 visitors each day, offering an engaging experience for attendees.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore the world of COLOURS through interactive quizzes accessible on their cellphones. Two exciting quizzes provided quick and valuable insights into Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), as well as languages and cultures. The EDI quiz, which attracted 229 participants, educated visitors on the importance and role of EDI, encouraging mindfulness in interactions with others. Meanwhile, the language and culture quiz, with 317 participants, offered fun facts about the countries of COLOURS university partners, such as how to say "how are you" in German or what the traditional food in Poland is.
This initiative is part of COLOURS's commitment to Open Education, engaging the public in its activities and supporting its goals of green, digital, and social transition. The alliance is dedicated to offering more educational activities to students, including double degrees, international workshops, and challenge-based internships, to equip them with the competencies and essential skills needed for the real-world work environment.
In addition, COLOURS fosters collaboration opportunities among various stakeholders, including companies, NGOs, policymakers, researchers, and professors. For further information, please contact: colours@unife.it.
