Training objectives
- Basic knowledge of the legislation concerning employment with special regard to the interaction with the areas of economics, management and human resources, in a domestic and EU perspective.
At the end of the course, the student is able to manage the human resources as regards industrial relations, social security, EU legislation and civil servants legislation. Prerequisites
- Good knowledge of Italian language and possession of adequate logical aptitude; basic knowledge of modern history and of fundamental principles and institutions of private and constitutional law and of the employment contract.

- Labour law (10 h.):
1. Certification, conciliation and arbitration
2. Bankrupt rules and the labour relationship
3. Pay aspects
4. Labour flexibility and productive decentralization
Industrial relations (16 h.):
1. Collective agreements at plant level
2. trade Unions activities at plant level
3. Industrial relations in the civil servants sector
4. Cases and materials of industrial relations
Social security legislation (10 h.):
1. The crises of the enterprise
2. Occupational funds
The civil servants employment relationship (10 h.).
UE and international labour law legislation (10 h.). Didactic methods
- Lectures
Learning assessment procedures
- Oral examination and written examination for student who take part to the lessons.
The exam is devoted to test the level of achievement of the previously indicated training objectives. The exam consists either in a oral exam or in a multiple choice test and open-ended questions. Reference texts
