Training objectives

a) knowledge of sectors, industrial organizations, history of technologies and market's dynamics;
b) knowledge of techniques and strategies about regulation, firm's organisation (public and/or private); price, quality and standard regulation, etc.... Prerequisites
- public economics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, financial economics, industrial economics

- public utilities are systems facing strong evolutions. Their borders are larger and larger, so are their technical instruments for analysis, regulation and strategies' ideas
