Training objectives
- The course analyses the most modern systems to plan, control and evaluate performances in public administrations, with emphasis on multidimensional systems of public value measurement.
At the end of the course, students will be able to understand and use planning and control tools to create and communicate public performances. Prerequisites
- The course requires a basic knowledge related to public administration accounting and public management.

- Lectures; case studies; seminars; exercises through the use of professional software.
Learning assessment procedures
- Oral examination.
