Training objectives
- The course leads to the acquisition of the basics of LEAN ENTERPRICE considering all aspects from customer order entry to distribution logistics.
Particular emphasis will be given to the lean transformation of both industrial and service areas.
At the end of the course, students will potentially be able to join
in industrial manufacturing or service environments that want to improve all processes especially through the Lean tools provided by the Toyota Production System. Prerequisites

Crisis of traditional models, Lean Thinking as an organizational response to improve competitiveness.
The principles and tools for the application of Lean Thinking.
Application of Lean principles to the whole company.

Sales Operating Planning, Master Planning scheduling, Material Requirement Planning
Procurement management (purchasing area, organizational models, evolution of the supply relationship, company-supplier links, supply chain management). Application of Lean principles in procurement processes. JIT Purchasing. Advanced techniques for the management of purchasing materials. Purchase marketing.

TPS MODEL (Mix model balance, guideline)
The Value Stream Mapping methodology (Definition, Constitution, Advantages, Errors, Mapping processes).
Total Quality Management (Concepts, PDCA Cycle, JUSE, American and Japanese quality gurus).
Total Productive Maintenance (Objectives, Type of maintenance, phases for TPM implementation, Case studies).
WORK SAMPLING METHOD (Fields of application, definition, purpose, Principles of operation, Statistical sampling, Analysis of statistical data, Advantages and disadvantages).

Lean Accounting: how to plan and control the economic and financial results of the Lean. The limits of traditional accounting in controlling Lean Management projects. Didactic methods

4,5 / 12 Group exercise
4,5 / 12 Creation of IT or operational tool for lean applications
18/18 Written test at the end of the course (multiple choice questions, open answer questions, company case comment, production simulation exercises) or remote oral exam.
At the end of the written or oral test, students intend to improve their mark
of the writing can face a further oral question (± 3 points).
