Training objectives
- The operations change more and more frequently, driven to it by the global market in continuous hectic evolution. This has serious implications for those who manage the operations, technologies and processes in everyday business practice.
The purpose of the course is therefore to give a robust method for approaching these necessary changes.
We will approach in a schematic way:
Principles, that is, the basic ideas that explain how the operations behave, as you can handle, and how you can improve.
Diagnosis, that is, an approach that questions and analyzes the fundamental drivers of the performances of operations.
Practice: anyone who wants to tackle or improve his career, understands the importance of the development of knowledge and practical skills that can be applied to working reality. Prerequisites
