nCOT - Non-Collaborative Object Tracking
The main goal of “Non-Collaborative Object Tracking” (nCOT) is to provide foundations for tracking of non-collaborative target objects in wireless environments affected by noise, multipath, and clutter. nCOT will enable semi-covert and fully-covert operations in sensor radar networks providing situational awareness and information superiority in GNSS-denied environments. The research will leverage the long-standing collaboration between the University of Ferrara (UniFe), Italy, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA
