Training objectives
- The course aims to introduce the student to the understanding of the relationship as a working tool in the educational and care professions.
The constructs of relational responsibility, relational skills, relational interventions and projective dynamics in the educational relationship will be debated.
Particular attention will be paid to understanding how an institutionalizing culture can lose the relational matrix underlying every educational interaction. Prerequisites
- No prior knowledge is required.
Course programme
- The course will develop the following contents:
a) The knowledge of Oneself and one's own relational history
b) the main projective dynamics in educational relationships
c) The modalities of care in education
d) Listening and understanding of the other in the educational field
e) communication with the other in the educational field Didactic methods
- The lessons will be carried out with interactive methods and will require the active participation of students.
Individual and group exercises will be suggested.
For non-attending students there will be evening meetings on meet whose dates will be communicated on classroom starting from February 15, 2023.
All students are required to enroll in classroom.

- For non-attending students, the exam is oral with in-depth questions on the contents of the texts indicated.
For attending students the
exam takes place through intermediate written tests
on the contents of the lessons and on the exam texts.
The evaluation for both the oral exam and the intermediate tests will be carried out on the basis of the following criteria: a) the student's ability to apply the theoretical acquisitions gained both with the study and, for attending students, with active participation in the lessons and activities proposed;
b) exhibition skills and personal re-elaboration of the acquired knowledge.
The overall evaluation, expressed in thirtieths, derives from the sum of the evaluations of the individual responses. The single response is considered sufficient (18/30) if it has non-serious imperfections. Reference texts
