KNOWLEDGE gained: descriptive texts, narrative, exposition and argumentation on topical issues expressed in standard language, the written or oral. Argumentative and expository texts taken from books, magazines, newspapers, the Internet. Whole novels, short stories, poems, songs, films based on literary works. Vocabulary, verbal phrases, morphological and syntactic complex structures.
SKILLS gained: Understand global and selective oral and written texts of different types of diversified and also popular topics in the media. Understand, analyze, interpret and comment oral and written texts. Produce oral and written texts in standard language, describe and analyze situations and experiences, support reasoned opinions on current issues. Summarize texts. Translate complex sentences. - The final exam includes three written tests and an oral test:
1- grammatical and lexical Assessment through completion exercises, transformation and replacement (morphosyntax autonomic level of European reference framework)
2- translation into French. Reference texts
