Training objectives
- Ability to a textual analysis of films, using structuralist methodologies, textual criticism and with the instruments of cultural studies. Knowing the history of German Cinema

- Seminar paper (10 pages) in German on a GDR-Film, on a discourse activated by the history of german film with a special attention to intertextual relations and models
