Training objectives
- In-depth knowledge of a special topic in European early modern history.
Ability to connect the past and the present and to understand the dynamics of social and political change grounded on the study of a key-moment in European history Prerequisites

Course programme
- Seventeenth-century Spain: heyday and decline of an imperial power.
Didactic methods
- Lectures: 30 hours, with weekly verifications in classes.

- Written examinations: students are required to answer three questions on the subject of the lectures.
