The course aims to provide the student with a knowledge of:
-planning and application of therapeutic education for the patient and care giver, to change their behavior and to take care of themselves independently and consciously

METHODOLOGY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES
The students know the most important aspects of the psychology of learning, research of memory, motivational psychology, behavioral control, behavior modification and group psychology and develop the transfer of concepts in their professional field. They know the strategies to support and stimulate changes in behavior and behavior control.
THERAPEUTIC EDUCATION IN PHYSIOTHERAPY
The course aims to provide the student with a knowledge of:
-planning and application of therapeutic education for the patient and care giver, to change their behavior and to take care of themselves independently and consciously
-the main types of theses and developing a project on a particular theme.
STATISTIC FOR THE RESEARCH
The course aims to provide students with basic statistical tools used experimental and observational research in the biomedical field. At the end of the course students will be able to understand the basic principles of the methodology and research in the biomedical field, being able to collect data, to apply the basic techniques of statistical analysis and understanding of statistical indicators from the scientific literature

METHODOLOGY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES
Biological, biographical and role -specific aspects of the psychology of perception. Learning and learning strategies. Principles of adult education, self-regulation and self-regulated learning. Memory types, (Path: maintain and store), declarative and procedural memory, motivation and volition, meaning of self-concept as a basis for behavior modification. Principles of working with groups, the dynamic aspects of groups and steps of development of the group. TZI as a model for teamwork. Models of conduction of person- oriented interviews (Carl Rogers), feedback culture, meaning of cultural assumptions. Patterns of lifestyles and behavior modification.

Learning assessment procedures

METHODOLOGY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES: the student have to prepare a written home project, which consists in an analysis of a clinical case and its action plan. The oral exam consists in two questions about the project and one question about other content discussed in lessons. The vote will be the arithmetic mean of the 3 questions.
THERAPEUTIC EDUCATION IN PHYSIOTHERAPY: The written exam consists in the elaboration of an educational project on an assigned case study. The student must answer 6 questions. Each question has a different weighting (1 to 7) depending on the level of complexity. For each response will be allocated a score based on the completeness, level of detail and developed reasoning. In the event of a maximum score for each question, it will be attributed 30 cum laude.
STATISTIC FOR THE RESEARCH: written exam consisting in 28 questions multiple choice. The evaluation of the test consider only t the questions that were answered correctly at least 3 students (waste questions). For correction the following formula is used:
Rating = 30 - (total number of questions - number of waste questions - 1) + correct answers.
