General objective
apply the nursing methodology to exercise specialist care skills, in medium / high complexity care settings
Specific objectives
apply diagnostic reasoning in nursing care planning.
Identify the physical, psychological and social needs of people of various ages and respond to them in the context of a multi-professional action.
Organize activities, provide correct and effective technical services, adapting them to the assisted person, in relation to the different pathologies , different operating sectors and at different ages.

Nursing care for people, at different ages, who have priority health problems in the medical, spe-cialist and surgical fields. Nursing techniques related to the medical, surgical and critical area:
- Administration of drugs by enteral, parenteral routes
- Intravenous therapy
- Needle cannula positioning ( abocath or intima)
- Infusion therapy
- Oxygen therapy with nasal cannula
- Oxygen therapy with Venturi mask - Aerosol therapy
- Water balance
- ECG execution
- Total parenteral nutrition The therapeutic relationship, support of the person 's compliance in therapy, use of counseling .
Nursing assistance to the person in the end of life situation.

Laboratory activities. Clinical internship Learning assessment procedures
- Examination in stations
1 station: Currency tion skills -lab with check - list to evaluate the average duration of technical expertise gained from 20'-30 '(before inserting trainees)
2nd station: evaluation in internship, expressed out of thirty, regarding the skills acquired in the field, filled in by the internship guide through a specific evaluation form. This evaluation contribu-tes, with the evaluation of the internship in the second semester, to the definition of the internship average mark which accounts for 80% of the verbalization mark of the cynic shot itself.
