Training objectives

Know the dimensions of a communicative competence and the effectiveness of active listening.
Know the various listening techniques and develop active listening skills
Being able to compare / evaluate: problems - alternatives - choices - solutions.
Being able to examine and practice the reasons for comparison / dialogue with the other.

Communication: signifier and meaning - Communication elements - Distorting factors in the communication process: mental barriers - Communication blocks
Listening: attitude or ability? - Active listening: the prerequisites Techniques for actively listening - How to improve listening skills - Verbal and non-verbal communication in those who are actively oriented - Resonance and empathy: how to look at the world through the eyes of the other
The different ways of listening; the 7 rules of the art of listening;
the triangle of the art of listening.
