SOCIOLOGY OF NETWORK OF COMMUNITY AND ORGANIZATION OF PRIMARY CARE
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
describe and understand the main models of study and operating of the organizations
describe the main situations, places and problems of organizational life
describe and understand the importance of certain organizational variables and concepts that allow you to interpret the performance of an organization
describe the concepts of communities and networks, and how these affect the strategies of empowerment in health and social health
describe how the method of network can be useful to organizational development
NURSING OF COMMUNITIES AND THERAPEUTIC EDUCATION
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
-describe the main models and tools of nursing community
-describe the process of therapeutic education
-apply the methodology of therapeutic education through the use of tools, to provide skills and abilities to the person for self-management of the disease and to acquire and maintain the ability to manage in an optimal way own life, living with the disease
ORGANIZATION OF ASSISTANCE OF COMMUNITY
Know at the local level health care organization to understand the main factors behind the delivery of preventive interventions, care and therapeutic education. Describe the local welfare organization models. Cooperate with the components of the multi-professional teams. Having the ability to address problems with a unified view of the health-disease processes including not only the hospital, but also the territorial size.

SOCIOLOGY OF NETWORK OF COMMUNITY AND ORGANIZATION OF PRIMARY CARE
Through a sociological introduction, the concept of community in the evolution from "simple" to "complex" societies will be analysed, with a mention of networks in the digital sphere. This premise will be a prerequisite for understanding the evolution of the social component on the net. We will proceed to identify the characteristics of the social structure by illustrating how today the 'network' has become the reality of the life of individuals who move through social circles seeking, in the multiplicity of belongings, the confirmation of their being in the world that plays a role key in the process of identity construction. In this sense, the web represents, symbolically and otherwise, the web of ties and connections that extend beyond national borders, generating intercontinental and transnational networks. Finally, the concept of community networks and the related developments and applications to the healthcare sector will be analysed with networks in the Welfare State, with particular focus on the healthcare sector and community care.
