Training objectives
- The elective course "Tutorial teaching" aims to acquire skills in teaching methodologies for adults, to plan and implement in collaboration / supervision training interventions in the various areas of competence.
The course is divided into two blocks, each with specific learning methods, tools and assessment criteria. Each student must enroll in only one block.
Block A (Loss and Mondo) - Outcome competence: plans, conducts and evaluates a nursing care planning laboratory, based on the case method (target: 1 year students)
Block B (Vincenzi and Pirani) - Outcome competence: the student plans and conducts a relational laboratory (target: 1 and 2 year) Prerequisites

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
¿ identify a real clinical case during the clinical internship
¿ fill in the data collection of the chosen case
¿ plans nursing care
¿ use clinical documentation to build a case for the care planning laboratory
¿ leads the planning workshop
¿ evaluates the effectiveness of learning

BLOCK B
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
The student:
- identifies the role of the tutor in facilitating the development and learning of relational skills
- Identifies the relational skills of the nurse
- identifies the purpose and methods of use of the grid for the observation of relational skills
- collaborates in the construction and / or revision of a script
- collaborates with 1 and 2 year tutors in guiding students through the stages of the relational workshop

Active teaching methodologies such as: role play and simulations; Method of elaboration of the Grid for the observation of relational aspects; How to use the grid for the observation of relational aspects; The characteristics and main elements of a script; Role of the conductor and of the participants; Stages of the relational workshop Didactic methods

- Work in small groups with drafting of a paper
- Participation in relational workshops aimed at 1st year / 2nd year students and relational reinforcement workshops
- Work in small groups with tutor supervision to analyze already elaborated scripts / elaborate new scripts
- Participation in a relational laboratory as a patient

- Evaluation expressed in thirtieths.
