On completion of the course the students are expected to know:

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
I part (about 2 hours): Introduction to the concept of organization and organizational rationality
II part (about 8 hours): General introduction to work organization. Taylorism and Scientific Management. Informal organization and the Human Relations approach. Human motivation

III part (about 3 hours): Interdependence and coordination. Organizational design according to Mintzberg. Organizational assessment. Organizational boundaries
IV part (about 3 hours): People and organizations. Negotiation and compensation. Managing discretion

Frontal lessons. Learning assessment procedures
- BIOETHICS
Oral examination. Number questions provided: 2/3, depending on the degree of reasoning ability of the student. Average time required 1 hour per student.
Criteria considered in the assessment: clarity and correct terminology; rigor in behavior during exposure and during the course of lessons; ability of practical application of the subjects taught.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
The Assessment is made through oral examinations that want to test more than knowledge of the contents of the course the student's ability to identify any critical service and, within the limits of personal experience, any interventions as part of their professional activities (it such as the paths of quality).
THE FINAL GRADE WILL BE THE WEIGHTED AVERAGE OF THE MARKS OBTAINED IN BOTH UNITS. Reference texts
