Training objectives
- The teaching aims to introduce the student to the applications to medicine, of preclinical basic sciences such as medical physics ,medical chemistry and biochemistry, in order to stimulate and focus the learning of those basic topics that will then be the object of a better understanding in the clinical field
Prerequisites
- Frequency of courses: Medical Chemistry propedeutic Biochemistry and Physics
Course programme
- Seminars on some aspects concerning nutrition, protein misfolding deseases, eye diseases, the locomotor apparatus disorders; but also some clinical areas such as: anesthesiology, audiology, diagnostic imaging, forensic medicine.
Didactic methods
- Blended: Seminars on various disciplines and on line Moodle platform and Classroom
Learning assessment procedures
- Written exam of 11 multiple choice questions. To pass the exam the student must correctly answer to 4 out of 11 questions.
