Training objectives
- To make the student understand how hydroelectrolytic alterations frequently encountered in clinical practice and above all in the critical patient can influence their survival. From the physiopathology of water and electrolyte balance to differential diagnosis and treatment principles.
Prerequisites
- Frequency of Physiology and General Pathology courses

- The hydro-electrolytic balance
Hyponatremia - Hypernatremia; Hypopotaxemia-hyperkalemia; Magnesium, calcium and phosphorus Didactic methods
- The course is conducted with lectures and discussion of clinical cases
Learning assessment procedures
- 10 multiple choice questions (3 answers) + 1 for the praise.
