Training objectives
- The aim of the course is to provide to students pathophysiological basis and the epidemiology and social impact of lower limb complications in diabetic patients. To provide knowledges for diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot syndrome

- Epidemiology of diabetes mellitus and its micro-macrovascular complications. Epidemiolgy and pathophysiology of nperipheral europathy and peripheral vascular disease in diabetes. Principles of biomechanincs in diabetes. Classification and diagnosis of soft tissue and bone infection. Principles of medical and surgical therapy
