How to perform a correct anamnesis
The most important and common diseases that should be known before treating a patient
Emergency medicine (Basic Life Support)
Allergic reaction. Different types of anaesthetic block. The most common complication of the anaesthetic blocks. Differential diagnosis of the various types of pain
Therapy of pain. Prerequisites
- Human physiology and basic knowledge of pharmacology.
Course programme
- GENERAL SURGERY
Etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of functional and organic diseases of the lung, mediastinum, esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas fasting ileum, thyroid, breast, colon, arteries and veins, rectum and anus, and pathology of the wall.
ANESTHESIA
Anamnesis. How to deal with patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, liver, metabolic and renal disease. How to understand the vital signs and to monitor a patient. How to treat a patients with hypertension, cardiac ischemia and valvular disease. Syncope. Asthma. Anaphylactic shock. Basic Life Support (primary ABC). Control of anxiety and pain in dentistry. Different types of pain related to odontostomatology and diagnosis based on the symptom "pain". Peripheral anaesthetic block and theirs complication. Didactic methods
