They will also have to know the basics and rationale for care and therapeutic management of patients affected by these disorders.
PSYCHIATRY

Application of psychiatry in oncology and psychosocial implications of head-neck cancer.
Knowledge of the assessment instruments in psychiatry, with specific application in rehabilitation.
Knowledge of the most important intervention both at the prevention and treatment levels.
Basic knowledge of the most important neurological diseases.

Written Text. Duration: 80 min. Four open questions (2 on pathophysiology and 3 on clinical neurology). Knowledge and detail extent, clarity, completeness, capacity of conceptual connections, rigor and descriptive capacity will be evaluated. Severe gaps of knowledge, or the lack of response to even one question will determine the examination failure.
PSYCHIATRY
Written exam (90 minutes) with three open questions (usually, the first question on the psychiatric evaluation, the second on one of the psychiatric disorders discussed during the lessons, the third concerning psychiatric treatments). The test is invalidated by the lack of one of the answers. For the passed test, (starting from 18 points), for each answer will be given a score from 1 to 4, based on its accuracy and completeness. If the three answers have all got the maximum points, then it is given 30 “cum laude”.
CHILD NEUROPSYCHIATRY: oral exam : 2 answers . The score results by knowledge, clarity and pertinence of scientific language
INTERNAL MEDICINE
