Training objectives
- Knowledge comprehension of guidelines will be analyzed, relating it to everyday practice. Students will be able to discuss and analyze results derived by relationship between guidelines and every-day practice. Subsequently, based on the knowledge and of the epidemiological data and comprehension of analysis of data, new ideas about the care needs will be developed in order to draft an audit that could be transformed in a scientific paper.
Prerequisites
- Students should understand abstracts published in the volumes of conference proceedings and their knowledge of the structure of a scientific paper classified as introduction, methods, results and discussion.

-Analysis of background

Analysis of papers chosen by students
Discussion of projects identified by students Didactic methods
- Lectures and processing individual or group
Learning assessment procedures
- Written examination: evaluation of a draft written by students following PICO criteria

Further criteria for evaluation will be clearness, precision, originality and impact on everyday clinical practice. Time allowed to the student should be 2 hours (maximum).
In order to pass the test at two out of the four PICO criteria should be satisfied. Reference texts
