IMPLEMENTATION OF OPERATIVE PROCESSES FOR MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES
The main goal of the course consists in providing to the students knowledge and understanding of the following topics: a) main theories and the main tools of business organization; b) processes of allocation of human resources in health.
The ability to apply knowledge and understanding regard both the organizational analysis and the management of human resources in health.

The course aims to acquire knowledge useful to identify the main organizational models, tools, and methods useful for developing skills aimed at conducting the analysis of the complexity of organizational hospital/territory in maternal infant field. Know the main care paths, arrays of responsibility and process and outcome indicators of the main routes obstetrics and gynecology.

The course aims to analyze the objectives and the stages in which, according to the literature, structured project management with particular reference to the field of midwifery. Analysis of roles and tools useful to the success of the project and organized processes. Analysis of the legislation and of the methodology in order to identify critical situations and propose viable alternatives to address.

Learning assessment procedures

IMPLEMENTATION OF OPERATIVE PROCESSES FOR MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES: written examination with 6 open questions and a time of 2 hours available. The score for question is in the range of 3-5 points before being analyzed the relevance, the elaborate internal cohesion, personal reworking/reasoning skills and application of knowledge, the development of the argument and the formal correctness. The total score ranges from a min of 18 points to a maximum of 30 cum laude.
ANALYSIS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL COMPLEXITY HOSPITAL -TERRITORY
Preparation of a report from groups of 3 students on one of the processes analyzed in the obstetrics / gynecology. The report must contain an analysis of the legislation, literature and the main processes implemented at the regional level for the management of the phenomenon under analysis.
The report required shall be transferred on slides in order to facilitate classroom sharing. The test is considered positively passed if the report complies with the methodology and the content shared within the classroom contact.
EVALUATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND CLINICAL CARE OUTCOMES
Oral and written examination of a project work for the development of a system of evaluation and monitoring of the care outcomes within the business areas known to analyze a project of improvement of organizational development assistance. The final grade will be between a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 30 cum laude. The acquired knowledge, learning and visual display quality will be evaluated.
WORK FOR PROCESSES AND PROJECTS
Written examination with multiple choice questions. There are 10 questions with three alternatives in which the student has to assess whether the proposed solutions are all or only one exact. Time carrying out the test 20 minutes.
MAPPING OF SKILLS IN HOSPITAL AND ON THE TERRITORY
Written exam with multiple choice questions. There are 20 questions with 4 alternatives of which only one right. Time of running of the race 40 minutes.

THE FINAL GRADE IS A WEIGHTED AVERAGE OF THE MARKS OBTAINED IN EACH TESTS.
