THE CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND TRADING
Theories and Techniques in health Communication will be considered as peculiar tools in approaching motivation, group dynamics, satisfaction, conflict management and resolution, stressing the special role for kindness in interpersonal relationships.

The aim is to provide the main theoretical and analytical references in order to understand how health and disease are complex concepts determined by the interaction between bio-psychological, social and cultural aspects. The purpose of the module is to focus attention on some of the issues concerning health and care with respect to the western world, in consideration of the financial crisis of Welfare State (and the relates economic rationalization of services) and the impact of new technologies (digital society/digital healthcare) that are changing constructs, professional and identities values , intra and interprofessional interactions, care practices and users relationships.

ROUTES OF CONTINUING CARE OF CHRONIC PATIENT
The course is aimed at the acquisition of theoretical and practical elements enabling health care professionals of different areas to recognize emotional distress and needs of chronic medical disease, in order to manage the therapeutic relationship with a biopsychosocial and integrated approach.

The bio-psycho-social approach to Medicine
Mental illnesses most frequently occurring in chronic medical diseases: depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, delirium
Principles of communication with chronic medical patients aimed at recognizing emotional disorders and at performing a correct referral to mental health professionals
From the health professional's point of view: the risk of burn-out in the management of chronic medical patient
