Training objectives
- Acquire skills in formulating a training project and knowing achieve it.
Acquire knowledge about regulatory evolution of the university system.
Acquire knowledge about planning, organization and management of a university course of three years / masterful study of the health professions. Prerequisites
- Knowledge of professional profiles and code of ethics for rehabilitation professions.
Basic knowledge of planning of social-health education programmes. Course programme
- - Design and management of a training program within healthcare organizations (organization of a training residential course or training in the field) by establishing goals, methodologies, setting and Assessment indicators, the satisfaction and the efficacy indicators within the organization.
- Identification and description of the route leading to the drafting of the plan / annual training file, starting from the collection of the training needs.
- Planning, organization and management of a university course of three years / masterful course of the health professions. Didactic methods
- Lectures, interactive, participation in working groups and in meetings
Learning assessment procedures
- Presentation of a training project written on format and oral presentation with concise power point presentation of the project. Report the procedures performed during the internship at Directions and / Office training and update and / or Departments and Coordinators of degree programs.
