- The module includes 8 hours of frontal lectures and guided practical simulation.
Review of corneal anatomy and physiology, basic principles of corneal biomicroscopy, specular biomicroscopy in normal cornea and corneal diseases, training with instruments. Didactic methods
- Frontal lectures and practical exercises under supervision
Learning assessment procedures
- Oral examination (20 minutes), testing the ability of correlating different concepts related to the subject, rather than the capability of repeating specific topics tackled in the course.
