HYGIENE
During this course, the student must learn necessary notions tha can help in his collaboration in sanitary organisations, especially in Radiology Units, Nuclear Medicines and Radiotherapy Units.

PROFESSIONIST SANITARY LEGISLATION IN HEALTH ORGANISATION
On completion of the course the student will have acquired: the basic knowledge of and skills related to: the relationship with patients and working in health professional group; the workplace, the rules and regulations and the code of conduct regarding the profession. The student must also know the main sources of law, and legislative evolution, organization and professional liability.

LABOUR LAW
Main knowledge acquired: the course aims at providing knowledge about the main labour law and trade union law institutes.
Main ability acquired: during the lessons, some collective agreements will be analysed. The students will therefore acquire the capacity to find the texts of the main collective agreements and to interpret their content. Moreover, the students will be able to consult database on case law and regulation. Finally, some lessons on the specific lexicon of Labour Law and Trade Union Law will be organised.

- THE FINAL GRADE WILL BE THE WEIGHTED AVERAGE OF THE MARKS OBTAINED IN EACH TEST, WITH ROUNDING UP FOR MEANS WITH DECIMAL VALUE > 0.50
HYGIENE
Partial test, written multiple choice test and/or oral exam. 31multiple choice questions each question is worth:
• 1 point (if all the answers are correct it is assigned “cum laude”), wrong answer: -0,5 points, no answer: 0 points
Duration 45 minutes.
LABOR LAW
Partial Test, with 2 exams in the session June 1 to July 31 , 1 exam in extraordinary sessions recovery from September 1 up to 30 and from January 15 to February 28.
¿ Written exam: 3 essay type questions (long answer) that concern all topics covered in the specific module, and is not bound by defined areas.
¿ The exam session of " Labor Law " is carried along with " organization and work processes "; the time required for both tests is 1:30 hours .
¿ A value between 0 and 10 is assigned to each question, and as well as for the honour assign, the teacher assesses the clarity of exposure, the precision and the ability to relate the topics. To pass the exam it is necessary to get at least 18 points out of 30.

Oral examination; the questions concern the TSRM's code of ethics, the laws regulating the profession, the curricular and continuing aspects of training, norms, guidelines and safety.
HEALTH TECHNOLOGY ASSESMENT (HTA)
The docimological approach is based both on audits in progress during the lectures, in order to encourage learning through dialogue, the deepening of issues related to the course and on a final exam consisting of an elaborate exposition (with use of slides) lasting 20 min / student on one of the topics covered. The vote of the candidate, is based on language skills, on matters pertaining to the method and construction of the project exposed, the accuracy of processed data and the methods of presentation and composition of the slides, and the ability to synthesize and systemic organization of the work presented. The test is passed with 18 point up to 30. Reference texts
