Training objectives
- Know the organization (mission, type of users in charge, activities and services provided, composition of the multi-professional team, procedures for sending and managing cases up to discharge) of specialized services for the treatment of various mental disorders in the different age groups 'age:
- semi-residential services;
- residential structures,
- if not yet attended, Territorial Services (psychiatric or for Pathological Addictions),
- Childhood Adolescence Neuropsychiatry Services
Identify the needs of the person in a highly complex care context
Learn to recognize care priorities and appropriate use of the patient's network resources
Participate in the elaboration and discussion of rehabilitation projects
Acquire the principles of Case Management and its applications
Know the fundamental aspects of an integrated treatment program
Experience the therapeutic relationship supervised by the internship guide Prerequisites
- having passed the internship of the first year
have acquired theoretical contents on psychopathology, child and adolescent neuropsychiatry, interview techniques, rehabilitation planning Course programme
- Attend the internship venues under the supervision of an internship guide expert in theoretical and practical activities
View the activities aimed at patients included in the various therapeutic-rehabilitation programs
Participate actively but with supervision in individual and group assistance and therapeutic-rehabilitation activities carried out with users
Participate as an observer in the technical-organizational planning meetings of the Service and in the clinical case discussion meetings, reporting any observations to the Internship Guide at the end
Relate, with supervision, with the various types of users related to the service
Collect and process anamnestic information useful both for the reconstruction of some psychiatric clinical histories and for the final internship report
Participate in visits and home intervention projects for users of the Service
Elaborate a report at the end of the internship on a clinical case treated according to the Case Management model Didactic methods

Learning assessment procedures
- The exam consists of a written test which includes the development of a report on a clinical case or rehabilitation activities of group type experienced during the internship and an oral test aimed at verifying the learning objectives set for internship by completing an evaluation form of the training from the tutor.
The final evaluation takes account of the Seminary evaluation obtained in the training activities planned for the first half and of the Internship of the first half Reference texts
