Training objectives
- Deepen the ability to apply the principles of psychiatric rehabilitation through the use of specific tools and techniques (psychoeducational interventions, cognitive remedies, social skills training, expressive - motor interventions such as psychomotor and theater therapy, family support interventions, Interventions on the work axis, etc ..)
Strengthening / implementation of the relational, communication, educational-rehabilitative and management skills acquired
Experimentation of a gradual taking of responsibility and autonomy in the implementation of planned rehabilitation activities and interventions aimed at individual patients or groups of patients (with the supervision of the operator)
Decoding of the characteristic features of the patient's psychodiagnostic picture and ability to analyze needs
Participation in the various moments and structured activities of the day at progressively higher levels of autonomy (e.g. as co-conductor)
Enhancement of data collection capacity, elaboration of therapeutic-rehabilitation projects, compilation of monitoring and verification forms, drafting of minutes / reports of rehabilitation and organizational activities
Analysis of the strengths / criticalities of the service care system and evaluation with the tutor of possible solutions for improvement Prerequisites
- Have passed the second year internship
have acquired specific contents of the different rehabilitation intervention techniques
having acquired and seen the principles of the case management model applied
have acquired and experimented in laboratory activities the tools for assessing and verifying the results useful for defining the general functioning of the user Course programme
- Attend the internship center under the supervision of an experienced internship guide in technical-practical activities with a progressively greater level of autonomy
Participate in collaboration with operators and with an ever-increasing level of autonomy, in individual and group assistance and therapeutic-rehabilitation activities carried out with users
Actively participate in the technical-organizational planning meetings of the Service and in the discussion / verification meetings of clinical cases, reporting any useful considerations
Participate in the technical-organizational planning of the specific individual and / or group rehabilitation intervention
Participate in the evaluation of the results of the interventions
Relate in progressive autonomy with the various types of users pertaining to the service according to the therapeutic agreements and contracts established by the carers
Collect and process anamnestic information useful both for the reconstruction of some psychiatric clinical histories and for the final internship report
Elaborate a report at the end of the internship on a clinical case treated according to the Case Management model Didactic methods

Learning assessment procedures
- Internship: The exam consists of a written test which requires a fine training course on a clinical case treated or technique tested in individual activities with the patient and/or group and an oral test aimed at checking the objectives planned for the training course by completing an evaluation board of the internship by the tutor.
The final evaluation takes account of the Seminary evaluation obtained in the training activities planned for the first half and of the Internship of the first half. Reference texts
