Training objectives
- Providing adequate and important knowledge of the tools, methods, experiences, and theories that trace sport, physical activity, and free time as a social action that reaches the well-being of the individual.
Learning some aspects that concern communication as a cultural process that optimizes and improves the knowledge strictly related to the motor, rehabilitative, and strictly preventive activities of the individual who presents discomfort, specific physical and psychophysical problems.
Presenting statistics, theories, and topics related to the individual who intends to make use of digital marketing and e-commerce with strong technological innovation and digital experiences.
Focusing on some fundamental concepts of interpersonal and group communication in order to improve aspects of the professional profile.
Every student will have to know the Italian sporting legislation in a concise way, at the end of the course. The aim is to give knowledge of sporting structure in its several forms and members. The student has to be able to understand the provisions about sporting no-profit and about sporting professional societies. Prerequisites

The Italian sports system and legal order of the Italian National Olympic Committee ("CONI"). Professional and amateur sport activities.

The course will be structured in lectures with open discussion and question time. The theoretical character will be co-directed by concrete arguments and related to relevant focuses on important cases in the field of sport, motor activity including some hints that are part of communication in the global web 3.0 and digital marketing.
During the class, the student will be asked to present their ideas, opinions, and points of view, and a significant active and constructive participation it will be required. The materials for the course will be available on the teacher's webpage.

- LAW AND SOCIOLOGY OF FREE TIME AND SPORT
The course is passed with 18/30, but it is recommended to reach 24/30 as the final score. To reach the final grade, the students must write a written essay or he/she can attend an oral exam presenting the book (listed below). The written work can regards one issue/topic selected during the working class and part of the book assigned, and it might be presented by a single student or in a group of max 3 people. Topics have to be agreed upon with the teacher during the classes scheduled. The essay will have to explore in an original way such as a theme of the course and integrate the topics discussed during the video lessons or part of the book. The teacher reserves the right to refuse the essay, or asking for further review and deepening additional work if the teacher should consider that draft so insufficient. The essay must be submitted one week in advance of the oral exam scheduled. It needs to be written in paper or electronic form (pdf), and it must be composed into at least 20 pages up to a maximum of 30, and then presented by PowerPoint, www.canva.com, www.prezi.com, infographics, or other online tools, in some ways that will be disclosed by the teacher. The essay will be subjected to the plagiarism checker. During the class, the teacher will give the basics instructions about how to choose the topics, the content text, graphics lineup, layout, and the timing for the deadline.
SPORTS LAW
The aim of the exam is to verify at which level the learning objectives previously described have been acquired. The aim of this examination is to evaluate how the student is able to understand the basic topics analyzed.
First call: five multiple-choice questions with four answers each. The open answers are worth from zero to four points, the closed answers are worth two points if correct. A wrong answer or no answer 0 points. To pass this test it is required to get at least 18 points. The time allowed for this test is 1 hour.
Next calls: About 20 minutes of oral examination typically based on three questions. The score will be determined by the general knowledge of the subject for 80% and by the appropriate use of language for 20%.
THE FINAL GRADE IS A WEIGHTED AVERAGE OF THE MARKS OBTAINED IN EACH TEST. Reference texts
