Training objectives

The aim of the course is to acquire the Nordic Walking technique according to the Nordic Walking School of Italy, which considers the NW to become a continuous practice, whose progression from the athletic technical point of view is subject to continuous studies and experiments, such as: make "every step" an opportunity of observation and analysis to sharpen the movement and bring it to a formal perfection that can always be increased without time limitations.
Thus, the NW is not only a very enjoyable physical activity that is useful to stay in shape in a "soft" and natural way, but also a discipline that - in addition to "form" - pursues the "Formation" of the person who practices it, in his multiple contexts linked to the social and relational context of which it is part.
