Training objectives
- The aim of this course is to provide students the notions concerning the relationships between biological rhythms and daily life activities; in particular, much attention will be given to the interaction with the physical performances of athletes, in relation to the type of sporting activity carried out. Therefore, the course will provide medical and biological information about the different intrinsic human biorhythms, their commutative connections and the importance of maintaining adequate harmony among them.
Once evaluated the physiological biorhythms, the underlying methods behind the alteration of the circadian rhythm and the desynchronization of human biological clocks will be evaluated; furthermore, it will be explained and how this impairment, more or less rapid to develop or fully deliberate, can alter the physical condition and, thus, the performance of the athlete.
The attention to the biological rhythms of athletes and their de-synchronization, previously “accidentally” carried out, is becoming year by year a key point during trainings, in order to increase the performance of the athletes. Prerequisites
