Training objectives
- The course, after a brief introduction to the basic concepts and terminology of private law, to the sources of obligations, aims to provide the fundamentals of the sporting system and in particular the contracts that characterise sporting activities, the specific forms of liability of the parties involved in sporting activities (athletes, instructors, event organisers, facility managers, etc.) and the regulation of sport clubs.
The student will also acquire the ability to find regulatory sources, consult codes and databases and thus to keep up to date with the sector's regulations. Prerequisites
- Good knowledge of the Italian language. Possession of adequate logical and critical thinking skills.

- The examination takes place in written form: a multiple-choice questionnaire consisting of 10 questions, each worth 3 points.
