Training objectives
- PRIVATE LAW
The course aims to make the students acquire the fundamental concepts and terminology of private law, with particular regard to the notions and discipline of the subjects of private law, contract and tort. It will also acquire the fundamental notions relating to the subjects of the sports law, to typical and atypical contracts and to torts in sport.
They will also acquire the ability to find regulatory sources.
ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF SPORTS ENTERPRISES
The course aims to explain to the student the structure and organization of the Italian sport system and the roles of the people who works within it. Fundaments of fiscal and administrative regulations of the Amateur Sport Association (ASD-SSD) will be explained, together with the main aspects of management of the sport business. This allows the students to know the structural characteristics of their potential job market. Prerequisites

Good knowledge of Italian language. Possession of adequate logical skills.

In order to ease the performance of the test, the exam will consist of 15 multiple choice questions, lasting 30 minutes, and will be unique for both subjects: Private law and Organization and management of sports companies.
Sufficiency is achieved when the student answers at least 9 questions correctly.
The exam will take place through the Google modules platform, at the address that will be communicated to the edu.unife.it box of each student shortly before the test. Reference texts

The use of a civil code is recommended.
