Training objectives

To introduce students to the principles and methods of training at the base of the improvement of the performance factors, schedule a training based on the capacity to train, learn about the methods and means that a graduate can be used both in sports performance both in ' exercise area for health. At the end of the course students will be able to choose and use the right methods according to the motor skills to train, exercise and differentiating workload according to the specific needs of the subject / iea second of the training goals, in addition to knowing how to handle a any component workout from a theoretical point of view directing it in practical.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the basic elements of exercise physiology, basic knowledge of the anatomy and the main physiological mechanisms underlying sports performance.

Course programme

History of training Theory and Science Methodology: definition of the concepts-The personality: characteristics that determine the performance of the athlete and the coach. The performance capability and its development: objectives, content, means, methods and components of the load. The principles and parameters. Planning training, organization and analysis of the training-the training process for a long-term training and periodization process by series. The importance of the races and of their planning for development of the state of sports training-physiological and biological General principles of improving the performance capability obtained through the workout. The components of performance: definitions, classifications and methodologies of training: strength - strength - the speed. The joint mobility - the coordinative abilities - the technical sports - the sports-tactic heating and cooling down-recovery
-The Supercompensation-The overtraining
- Biomechanics of movement tied to weights.
-Muscles with attached movements. Types of muscle contraction
-Volume and intensity: two parameters to be analyzed

Learning assessment procedures

The examination consists of two tests for which the evaluation will be calculated through the average mathematics, will consist of:
A written test formulated in the following way:
-10 Multiple choice questions with only one correct answer, where each correct question is worth 2 points
-4 Open-ended questions, where each correct question is worth 3 points.
0 points for each wrong-completed application
A written / practical test follows:
-7 Multiple choice questions, one exact, each valid answer is worth 1 point, wrong 0 points
-3 Open-ended questions, each correct answer is worth 2 points, wrong 0 points
-part Practice in which will be made 3 questions, each question is worth 6 points, wrong 0 points
