Training objectives
- The course aims to train the specific position of Responsabile del Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione (RSPP) based on the agreement State-Regions and autonomous provinces (ASR, july 2016).
This training course aims to acquire knowledge to project training processes for working environment and risk evaluation; to spread the culture of health and safety and organizational wellness; to plan, manage and check safety controls, concerning technical, organizational and procedural company measures by Safety Management Systems.
At the end of the course, the student must have acquired the techniques of knowledge and "solving problem" of the critical issues in the field of Safety and of Health and Safety Management Systems. Prerequisites
- Module A and Module B (first and second part) examination must be passed.
Course programme
- Module C (24 hours):
The course includes the Module C as training course for RSPP.
The subjects discussed will be concerning:
from the risks rating evaluation to the project of training and information according to D.Lgs.81/08 and european directives;
the data base about workers’ health and safety;
methodologies for company information (e.g. meeting, task force, working group and so on);
information instruments concerning health and safety at work;
learning and teaching:
active methodologies;
instructional design;
management systems Quality Safety Environment, meaning and operative value;
training evaluation systems.
At the end of the Module C, 12 hours will be used for "case study" in which we will analyse real problems in the petrochemical and environmental field. Didactic methods
- Lessons will be given on every subject or module, as well as by discussing existing situations. The students will be grouped in order to get through the content with the task of making proposals and solutions on specific problems, also with the help of technical reports.
The State-Regions and Autonomous Provinces Agreement (2016) provides a participation at least 90% of the module hours. Learning assessment procedures
- A final exam composed of written and theory tests, will take place at the end of the lessons of Module C (24 hours).
The work carried out during the dedicated hours concerning “case study” will also be evaluated. Reference texts
