- The course provides basic information about environmental and technical, european and national laws and rules for application in the world of professional geology.

- INTRODUCTION: basic information of laws and applications. PROFESSIONAL CODE (4 h) professional code, competence and responsibility.
GEOLOGICAL LAWS (6 h) environmental, seismic and technical rules.
NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL AND TECHNICAL RISKS (8 h) the laws about management of soil and versant consolidation, water and hydraulic resources, extraction activities, discharges, landscape, environmental impact
GEOLOGY IN TERRITORIAL USE (2 h) rules about territorial use management
GEOLOGY AND GEOTECHNICAL LAWS IN PLANNING (4 h) technical and laboratory regulations, public works and safety rules Didactic methods
