Prof. Khalid Al-Ramadan is an associate Professor at College of Petroleum Engineering and Geosciences in KFUPM and he is an acting leader for geosystems program at Center of Integrative Petroleum Research. His research interest includes diagenesis of carbonate and clastic sequences; Modern depositional systems and their use for paleoenvironmental interpretation; Petroleum and field geology of the Arabian Plate.
Since joining the Geosciences Department in September 2006, he has successfully led many interdisciplinary collaboration projects funded by KFUPM, KACST and Saudi Aramco.
