The PhD student’s calendar

Here you can find the list of the main deadlines related to the career of PhD students at the University of Ferrara. This is a purely representative timetable: in order to find out the details of the individual dates, which may vary slightly, please visit the pages dedicated to the various procedures (in the list below, there is a link for each item that refers to the details of the individual procedures). Please note that a  late payment fee will be applied for late payment of university fees.

 

  • Submission of the individual budget plan no later than30th November
  • Membership renewal: From 2nd to 30th November
  • Payment of the 1st instalment: From 2nd to 30th November
  • Payment of the 2nd instalmentno later than 15th May

 

  • Payment of the 1st instalment (for first-year students only): see call for applications
  • Payment of the 2nd instalment (for first-year students only): no later than 31st January
  • Payment of the 3rd instalment (for first-year students only): no later than 15th May
