Training objectives
- Through the use of Blended Learning, students will acquire a knowledge of subject-specific English related to the field of Biotechnology (health): safety in the laboratory and the properties of matter, specifically. They will study morphosyntactic elements at a linguistic level equivalent to C1 of the CEFR, and will learn lexis, phrases and functions relevant to the field of Biotechnology.
So as to further strengthen comprehension, deep learning and recall, resource material will be provided for independent study. The resource material will consist of further reading, videos, podcasts and exercises. Prerequisites
- Ideally, students should have a minimum level of English equivalent to B2 on the Common European Framework of Reference.

- The course lasts a total of 44 hours and will be conducted virtually:
